Established in the year of 2017, Founder of Kerden Construction, Denise Pantin took the leap and decided to follow their dream to become independent business contractors. The decision to create their own legal licensed construction company although a day by day overwhelming stream, was not far reached. The idea stemmed from their passion for interior design which proceeded to making a hope a dream and a dream, a successful reality.
As a black owned licensed construction company, Denise and her team are concentrated on overachieving their clients expectations. Strong hearted determination to thoroughly perform the duties of the job from start to finish with consistent communications between client and contractor to ensure satisfaction is at an all time high.
